SH&E Manager: Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Bekaert is seeking a proactive SH&E Manager to lead safety, health and environmental initiatives across the Newcastle sites (Willington and Neptune Quays). The role focuses on governance, continuous improvement, and compliance with SH&E standards.

The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH certification, strong communication, auditing and leadership skills, and experience driving risk reduction and staff involvement in SH&E programs. The position is based on-site in the UK.
