M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a global automotive manufacturer’s site in Sutton Coldfield. The role operates on a three-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) and focuses on safe production, quality conformity, and meeting customer demand.
You will lead Team Leaders and Operators, drive improvements, and monitor KPIs and OEE to hit targets while promoting HSE practices across the plant.
