Trauma-Informed 1:1 Support Worker — 24-Hour Shifts

Phoenix Care Staff Ltd is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a young woman in her own home. This 1:1 role focuses on consistency, trauma-informed care, and emotional regulation in a calm, safe setting.

Sleep hours are included within 24-hour shifts, with a driving licence and access to your own car preferred due to no public transport nearby. We value a calm, patient and trustworthy individual who can establish clear boundaries, work independently, and provide a stable presence.
