In this Finance Analyst FP&A role, you will deliver analysis and insights to support performance, liquidity, and investment decisions for a standalone segment. You’ll maintain forecasting and reporting, help shape budgeting and long-range planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial outcomes. Responsibilities

• Produce decision-focused analysis of business performance
• Forecast and report across financial statements to inform leadership
• Maintain FP&A models and support management reporting
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze balance sheet movements and identify actions to improve profit and cash generation
• Assess risks and opportunities to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders

Key requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong commercial acumen with relevant retail/e-commerce experience beneficial
• Understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow relationships
• Proven Excel and financial modelling capability with large data sets
• Experience planning and prioritising financial activities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management experience
