Remote Head of Business Development — Growth & Revenue

Tru Talent is partnering with a well-established waste client to recruit a commercially driven Head of Business Development. The role leads the sales function, shapes strategy and drives revenue growth, with a commission share in addition to a £60,000–£65,000 salary DOE.

You will manage a sales team, own key customer relationships, lead tenders and ensure profitable commercial performance across the segment.
