Senior Care Assistant – Mentor & Lead (Days/Nights)

Avon Search is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a luxury retirement home in Eccles, Greater Manchester. The role offers 24 hours per week, with shift options of days or nights, and a pay rate of £14.45 per hour. You will lead a small care team and provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Ideal candidates have prior senior care experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of medication procedures. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
