Senior HSE Leader – Lincolnshire Manufacturing

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Lincolnshire HUB HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across the Lincoln and Brigg sites, partnering with the Hub Leadership Team to drive a strong safety culture and compliance.

You will own the GEHSMS, lead incident investigations, develop risk assessments, coach teams, and collaborate with regulatory bodies to enhance HSE performance across the sites.
