Content Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of investment marketing content for the MCQS platform, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant collateral across global channels. You will partner with investment, distribution, compliance and risk teams to maintain messaging consistency and brand standards. The role focuses on scalable, AI-enabled content workflows and governance to boost efficiency. You’ll shape knowledge management and content strategies to support both institutional and retail audiences. Responsibilities

• Marketing collateral and reporting management across multiple channels (pitchbooks, investor reports, brochures, fund updates, etc.)
• Governance and compliance: ensure regulatory and brand adherence with version control and approvals
• Content strategy and knowledge management: manage content in CMS, tagging, metadata, and reusable assets; support AI-enabled solutions
• Process improvement and automation: streamline workflows, develop templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks
• Quality assurance: ensure factual accuracy, client-appropriateness, visual engagement, messaging consistency, and risk validation

Key requirements

• 5-8 years in asset management, investment marketing or product marketing
• Strong understanding of fixed income and alternative credit markets
• Experience supporting institutional and/or retail investment strategies
• Proven track record producing sophisticated investment marketing collateral
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (presentation design and storytelling)
• Strong Excel capabilities (charting and data visualization)
• Experience with content management platforms (Allego, Seismic) or equivalent
• AI/automation experience preferred
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
