Senior Registered Nurse — Care Leader in Elderly Homes

Beaumont Care Homes Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse (NMC) to lead the care team and ensure delivery of high standards of person-centred care within our Belfast host home. You will prescribe, deliver and supervise care according to policy, promoting independence, dignity and respect for residents.

You will oversee medicine management on shift, contribute to care plans, participate in inspections, and mentor staff while upholding NMC guidelines.
