Overview

In this role you design and deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for government and financial services clients, aligning finance teams with practical EPM designs from scoping to go-live. You will contribute as a key delivery member, collaborating with architects to ensure sound EPM implementations. The role sits within Finance Reinvention Partner, focusing on elevating CFO performance through AI-enabled delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that values credible stakeholder engagement and impactful finance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS) for clients
• Configure and validate EPM solutions within the Oracle Cloud ERP landscape
• Lead workshops, manage expectations and timelines with stakeholders
• Contribute to AI-enabled delivery approaches and tooling within projects
• Own scope, support delivery teams, and ensure successful go-lives
• Facilitate data migration, transformation and reconciliation to ensure clean numbers

Key requirements

• Oracle EPM expertise with hands-on delivery
• Experience across more than one EPM module (FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS)
• Ability to build credible relationships with clients and run workshops
• Structured, analytical problem-solving and clear communication under pressure
• Experience in public sector or financial services is a plus
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
