Transformation Project Manager – Public Sector (FTC, 24m)

Cumberland Council is seeking a Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of transformation programmes within the Programme Management Office (PMO). You will manage projects from scoping to benefits realisation, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to agreed quality, across Children’s Services and wider corporate priorities.

The role requires strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to prioritise in a busy public sector environment.
