Electrical Technician£35-40K + overtime at enhanced rates + Excellent benefits (Pension, Healthcare, Holidays…etc)We have an excellent opportunity for a Electrical Technician/Inspector to join a leading equipment rental company serving the service industryWith significant growth over the last years, this company can offer excellent support, training and career prospects/opportunities to the right candidate.Working with and learning on a wide spectrum of rigging equipment, The Electrical Technician will play a key part in this company’s fast paced scaling and global growth.As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for:Inspection, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of rigging, lifting equipment and chain hoists.To fault find issues on a range of equipment including some three phase appliances/power distribution systems.Broad testing of completed repairs (including PAT) before managing the return to stock.Work with the inventory team to ensure stock repair supplies are maintained at appropriate levels.Understanding the priorities of the incoming repair stock and deciding on the most cost-efficient repair optionsExperience required for the Electrical TechnicianExperience and able to test and prepare three phase electrical equipmentExperience with rigging, lifting equipment or chain hoists would be a distinct advantage, however not essentialPhysically fit and able to carry manual handling dutiesTechnical qualifications would be an advantage, however, not essentialTo apply, or to find out about any other Electrical Technician roles with Kadtech Recruitment, please apply or get in touch
