Lifeways is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead an Independent Supported Living (ISL) service in Newcastle. You will oversee day-to-day leadership, performance and development, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will champion ISL, foster independence and dignity, coach your team, and collaborate with families and external partners to drive continuous improvement and outcomes.
