Site Service Supervisor: Lead Field Engineers & Safety

Rubix UKII is seeking an experienced Site Service Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams delivering industrial service at customer facilities across the UK. You will ensure safety compliance, manage scope, risks and resources, and maintain strong customer relationships while driving on-site performance.

The role requires a strong technical background in rotating equipment, ability to plan maintenance, manage overtime, and coach engineers.
