Experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer – Flexible/Remote UK

Cornwall Council is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join the Legal Services team. The role involves advising on a wide range of adult social care matters, including Care Act duties, safeguarding, DoLS, and Court of Protection work.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, provide excellent advocacy and drafting skills, and work flexibly from office in Cornwall with remote possibilities within the UK.
