Job Description:
As a Specialist Pharmacist in Acute Medicine at Alexandra Hospital, Redditch, you will deliver specialized clinical pharmacy and medicines management services. You will progress independent prescribing within the clinical area, advise consultants and staff on medicines use, and deliver pharmaceutical care to patients with evidence-based prescribing.
