Senior Incident Management Leader – Business Banking

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Manager, Incident Management to lead the Business Banking incident programme on a 12-month secondment. You will own incident coordination, governance and the target operating model, working with technology teams and stakeholders to minimise customer impact and drive resilience.

The role involves designing the Bronze process, embedding interim governance for the Run Virgin Money to Build Nationwide transition, and managing capability development across the team.
