We’re supporting a high-growth tech business looking for a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to join a mature Data & AI team.

You’ll partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, whilst owning key analytics and analytics engineering initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the analytics architecture that underpins commercial and customer lifecycle reporting
• Defining and governing key business and GTM metrics
• Turning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights
• Delivering deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performance
• Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standards
• Building analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting and AI-driven insights
• Mentoring analysts and helping raise standards across the wider data function

Key Skills:

Commercial & GTM analytics

Nice to Have:

• HubSpot, Zuora or Vitally
• AI-enabled analytics experience
