Service Desk Analyst

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with IT Service Delivery Management, supporting the coordination and delivery of local projects and initiatives.

The position focuses on being the first point of contact for all IT-related and technical support requests, working collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in a similar role who is committed to ongoing professional studies. Experience working with IT systems, software platforms and cloud-based technologies, such as Microsoft Azure Administration and Cisco Webex Calling, would be advantageous.
