Commercial Finance Lead — Data-Driven FP&A & Growth

Advanced Electronics, part of Halma, is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead in Newcastle. You will drive data-led decision making across revenue, margins, inventory and working capital, partnering with Finance Director, Sales, Product, Operations and Supply Chain.

You’ll develop budgets, forecasts and robust financial models, support pricing and profitability analysis, and deliver KPI dashboards using Power BI and ERP systems. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.
