Registration Coordinator (Energy)

VANRATH is recruiting a Registration Coordinator (Energy) for a key energy sector organisation in Belfast, offering hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days from home).

You will be part of the Registration team within Operations, playing a central role in onboarding market participants and ensuring smooth day-to-day registration processes across multiple electricity markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end registration journey for new and existing market participants
• Own the daily workflow for the registration function, collaborating with teams across the business
• Handle and prioritise incoming queries, providing clear recommendations and escalating where appropriate
• Deliver technical guidance on registration processes and system requirements
• Spot inefficiencies and put forward practical, technology-led improvements
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, keeping deliverables on track and to a high standard
• Carry out detailed analysis to resolve operational challenges and agree the right course of action

What You’ll Need

• Relevant third level qualification or 2+ years’ experience, ideally within a regulated industry
• A track record of improving processes and introducing automation into day-to-day operations
• Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can translate complex information for different audiences
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a wider team
