Interim In-House Counsel — Commercial Lawyer (Hybrid, London)

Marsden seeks an English-qualified in-house counsel for a 12-month interim role in Central London. The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts, including IT/SaaS, sponsorships and licenses, while supporting M&A and strategic projects.

The role requires 4–5 years PQE in corporate/commercial law, with strong drafting and stakeholder-advisory skills. Hybrid work is available, with 1–2 days in the office.
