Talent Program Manager

Overview

In this Talent Program Manager role, you will help shape People Experience, Events, and Learning initiatives at Palantir. You’ll coordinate onboarding and internal events, partnering with leaders to showcase great work and improve processes. The position involves managing cross-functional logistics and applying lightweight project-management methods to drive rapid iteration. You’ll work on expanding the impact of Indoc, the new-hire program, and scale operations using emerging tools and AI. This is a hands-on role in a fast-evolving team that values structure, collaboration, and clear, data-driven progress.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person new hire onboarding in London on a biweekly cadence
• Own operational workflows across People Experience, including onboarding, learning programs, and events
• Coordinate event logistics, contracts, and payments with internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage new product and AI to scale the team’s operational reach

Key requirements

• 2+ years in an operational role in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
