Overview

In this role you will drive supply chain process improvements for the NOE region, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver SAP enhancements, data‑driven reporting, and digital solutions. You will shape reporting and automation initiatives, translate business needs into practical tools, and support change management across Supply Chain, IT, and business partners. Responsibilities

• Lead process excellence and SAP improvements across NOE; collaborate with Process & Data Lead, stakeholders, SAP users, and IT
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions
• Support process standardisation and maintain documentation
• Support SAP enhancements, testing, implementation, and change activities
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other tools; gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Support automation and digital initiatives; design, develop, test, and maintain Power Platform, AI, Copilot solutions; translate requirements into solutions
• Test, train, and drive adoption of new solutions; monitor and improve existing ones
• Support EDI onboarding, integrations, and change requests; investigate EDI issues; maintain EDI documentation and customer setups
• Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, and Global teams; provide clear project updates; support training and change management

Key requirements

• Strong technical reporting skills; experience in Power BI and AI-driven reporting solutions
• Proven ability to develop effective reports and dashboards and translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Proactive and curious mindset with ability to challenge requirements and identify better solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to build cross‑functional relationships
• Supply chain process knowledge is advantageous but not essential
