Group Infrastructure Manager, Financial Services – Jersey

Overview

In this role you will lead all infrastructure operations across the group, providing technical guidance to the team and serving as the primary contact for infrastructure issues. The position aims to reduce reliance on external providers while aligning with the company’s global client network. You will drive in-house infrastructure management and cloud stewardship, focusing on scalable, secure systems. A meaningful opportunity to shape tech resilience in private wealth services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide infrastructure operations
• Provide technical guidance to the infrastructure team
• Act as primary contact for infrastructure issues
• Reduce reliance on external providers through in-house capabilities
• Coordinate Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of infrastructure services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals
• Mentor and develop team members

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management
• Qualifications related to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Based in Jersey with right to live and work for at least five years of residential status
