Lead Children’s Residential Home Manager

CareTech/Inspire is opening a new children’s home in Barnet and seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead the Inspire Team. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensure safeguarding, compliance, quality of care and outcomes for children, and build a strong, trauma-informed culture that helps young people thrive.

You’ll recruit and develop a dedicated team, work with families and professionals, attend care planning meetings, and promote consultation with young people.
