Overview

As Marketing Business Partner, you will support the UK business and contribute to the global marketing strategy for a growing international broker. You’ll create a wide range of collateral, enable sales, and manage events and digital content, partnering with London stakeholders. You’ll work with the global team to align local activities with the company’s strategy while delivering impactful marketing outputs. This autonomous role offers exposure to brand-building and performance analytics in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral and sales enablement assets (brochures, event assets, social content)
• Plan and deliver events and campaigns
• Develop LinkedIn content and manage social channels
• Contribute to website content and SEO initiatives
• Execute email marketing campaigns
• Pull and analyse performance metrics (LinkedIn, GA4, Google Search Console)
• Build strong working relationships with London stakeholders
• Collaborate with the global marketing team on the company’s strategy

Key requirements

• B2B design/marketing experience in financial or professional services
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, ActiveCampaign, GA4, Google Search Console (beneficial)
