Hybrid HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking a Recruitment & People Coordinator to deliver HR support aligned with Cairn’s vision, values and business needs. The role covers HR coordination, payroll liaison, data management and reporting, with hybrid/ Flexible working across Scotland.

The post requires at least 2 years in HR, strong MS Office skills, and compliance checks, including Disclosure Scotland. Occasional travel with a UK driving licence is expected.
