Responsibilities
- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle transfers of equity
- Oversee remortgages and Help to Buy transactions
- Work with new build and plot sales
- Manage higher-value/HNW matters
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident with both freehold and leasehold matters
