An established and growing business is seeking a commercially focused Head of Commercial Finance on an interim basis to lead a team partnering operational and commercial stakeholders across the organisation. The role will provide financial insight, challenge and analysis to support decision-making, improve profitability and drive business performance. Looking for a genuine interim who can add value from day one, used to a fast paced and every changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team.
• Partner senior stakeholders across operations, sales and leadership functions to drive performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Deliver robust analysis on revenue, profitability, pricing, customer performance and investment opportunities.
• Provide commercial challenge and recommendations to support business decisions and maximise returns.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting to improve visibility and accountability.
• Support business transformation, process improvement and growth initiatives across the organisation.
• Evaluate new commercial opportunities, business cases and investment proposals.
• Drive a culture of value creation through data-led decision making and financial insight.
