North Devon College is seeking a Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning to lead initiatives that raise teaching standards and digital skills across the college. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development of staff and learners.

You will analyse data, share best practice regionally, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and even teach part of a timetable. This is a chance to shape learning outcomes in North Devon and the wider South West.
