In this role you will handle a busy residential conveyancing caseload within a growing Bournemouth team. You will work autonomously yet benefit from a collaborative environment, with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and help drive the practice’s growth. The role suits a client‑focused solicitor or legal executive with PQE and commercially aware mindset, looking to progress in a dynamic setting. You will engage with clients and referrers, supporting business development and local connections.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Supervise and support junior team members and support staff
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives

Key requirements

• Four years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
