Greenfield Land Acquisition Lead (South East)

TDM Recruitment Group is helping a greenfield division grow across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and outer London. The role targets sourcing and securing three to four greenfield sites a year, with a senior leader who can develop a regional network and drive viability studies.

You’ll work closely with an in-house Technical Manager, appoint trusted consultants, and report directly to the founder. A clear path to Land Director exists as the division scales.
