We are recruiting two Senior Project Leaders to support Current Model Production activities for one of the world’s most prestigious luxury automotive manufacturers.
These high-profile leadership roles will manage teams of Lead Engineers, drive engineering change programmes and serve as the primary customer interface for technical delivery.

- Senior Project Leader – Body in White (BiW)
Both positions offer the opportunity to lead complex engineering programmes, influence strategic decisions and deliver technical solutions that directly support vehicle production and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Project Leader, you will:
- Lead, develop and support a team of Lead Engineers.
- Own the delivery of engineering activities within your area of responsibility.
- Act as the key interface between customer stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Drive engineering change activities from concept through to implementation.
- Lead technical problem-solving and issue resolution activities.
- Manage programme timing, budgets, risks and resource planning.
- Coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Chair project reviews and technical meetings.
- Present project status, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery against quality, timing and cost targets.
Specialist Areas
Senior Project Leader – Body in White (BiW)
You’ll be responsible for engineering activities relating to vehicle structures and closures, including:
- Body structure
- Platform systems
- Doors
- Tailgate
- Body assemblies
- Joining technologies
- Manufacturing feasibility
You’ll lead engineering delivery across exterior systems, including:
- Doors
- Tailgate
- Exterior trim
- Add-on parts
- Paint integration
- Sealing and damping systems
What We’re Looking For
You will be an experienced automotive engineering leader with a proven record of delivering complex programmes and leading technical teams.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Significant automotive engineering experience.
- Experience leading engineers or multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong programme and project management capability.
- Customer-facing experience within an engineering environment.
- Experience managing engineering changes and technical issue resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing time, cost and quality objectives.
- Experience working on premium-brand vehicle models.
- Knowledge of CATIA, Teamcenter and related engineering systems.
- Specialist expertise in either Body in White or Exteriors.
