Job Description:
Two roles: North West (easy reach of Manchester) and Home Counties.
Two new hospitals with a Tier 1 M&E contractor, both at design stage. You’d be the technical lead on the contractor’s side, from Stage 4 through to site.
Design strategy, consultant management and compliance, including the Building Safety Act and CDM.
Strong electrical knowledge. Stage 3 and 4 design experience. Chartered or Incorporated, or working towards it. Healthcare is a plus, not a must.
