Associate Director / Director Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST)

Overview

In this role you will lead and shape large technology sourcing and commercial management engagements for senior IT leadership. You’ll drive end-to-end procurement strategies, vendor optimization, and cost reduction to deliver measurable business value. You work across complex IT landscapes, building trusted relationships with clients and Deloitte teams to enable technology-enabled transformation. You’ll contribute to market positioning, thought leadership, and delivery excellence within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management and transition across complex IT landscapes
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives across IT functions with robust business cases and implementation plans
• Translate technology vision into actionable strategies delivering measurable business outcomes
• Build and maintain strategic client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels
• Shape, plan, staff, and lead large engagements or a portfolio of smaller engagements
• Measure and realise tangible business value from technology investments and manage engagement financials
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams leveraging onshore and offshore resources to deliver complex initiatives
• Support career development of team members and foster inclusive culture
