Overview
In this role you will join a national Real Estate team in Bristol to handle high-value industrial and logistics development and investment work, alongside developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients. You will contribute to a broad range of real estate transactions and collaborate with senior colleagues across a 150-lawyer network. Key requirements
- 2-5 years’ PQE in a strong commercial property practice
- Solid experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant and asset management
- Interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to manage varied caseload independently
