East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PFI/LIFT Contracts & Expiry Manager to lead strategic management, governance and expiry planning of the Trust’s PFI and LIFT contracts within the Estates, Facilities & Capital Development Team.
You will ensure contractual compliance, oversee lifecycle and asset management obligations, manage risks, and coordinate handback and asset transfer with senior stakeholders and service providers to secure value for money and safe patient environments.
