In this role you will join a specialist real estate development team to advise on development land transactions for housebuilders, landowners and developers. You will work on registrations and complex documentation that support residential and mixed-use projects, supported by mentoring and a collaborative culture. You will help drive high-profile developments through acquisitions, disposals, and key agreements, contributing to the team’s growth and clients’ project delivery. Responsibilities
- Advising on development land acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating Option, Promotion and Conditional Sale Agreements
- Supporting major residential and mixed-use development projects
- Handling planning agreements, infrastructure agreements and development finance matters
- Assisting with affordable housing disposals and site set-up transactions
