Job Description:
Our client, a global IT Services organisation is looking for a Business Analyst with Project Management skills (Hybrid BA/PM) to work on a complex programme in the Insurance Underwriting industry.
Location – London (hybrid 3 days per week on-site)
Duration – 6 months initially
Rate – £440-£470 (inside IR35)
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role
- Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge
- Experience delivering complex transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong business and technology translation skills
- Proven ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
Key Deliverables
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications and User Stories
- Business Process Maps and Workflows
- Project Plans, Milestone Tracking, and RAID Logs
- Executive Status Reports and Governance Updates
