Junior Consultant – Maritime Consultancy

Your analyses will support reports, presentations, and client deliverables while you apply responsible AI tools to enhance outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research from diverse sources and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Analyse data and support preparation of reports, presentations and client deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Use approved generative AI tools responsibly to enhance research and project delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies and levels of seniority
• Own assigned workstreams to ensure outputs are accurate
• Contribute to proposals, business development, and knowledge-sharing within the team

Key requirements

• Strong analytical, numerical and research capabilities with ability to interpret complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting ideas to colleagues and clients
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across diverse international teams
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Digital literacy including responsible use of AI and data analysis tools
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent professional experience; consultancy/proposal experience advantageous
• Interest or experience in maritime, ports, shipping, logistics or infrastructure; additional languages (French/Spanish) and knowledge of Power BI, Python or Microsoft Copilot are desirable
