Senior Lawyer – Asbestos Disease – Cardiff

In this role you will lead high-value asbestos disease cases within a top specialist team, guiding complex litigation from instruction to trial. You will collaborate with medical experts and counsel to shape strategy and ensure exceptional client care. Responsibilities

• Manage a high-value Multi Track caseload including complex asbestos disease claims
• Oversee high-value Multi Track litigation and cases issued in the Royal Courts of Justice
• Conduct matters from initial instruction through to trial, including drafting, negotiation and strategic planning
• Collaborate with medical experts, counsel and support services
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to colleagues
• Promote best practice and consistency in case handling
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and deliver exceptional client care in sensitive circumstances

Key requirements

• Strong track record in asbestos-related disease litigation
• Significant Multi Track experience with complex, high-value claims
• Knowledge of funding, costs and procedural strategy
• Ability to supervise and support colleagues
