Travelodge Hotels Limited is seeking a Property Lawyer to join our Legal team and manage a portfolio of hotel-related property matters. You’ll negotiate landlord and tenant agreements, support acquisitions and advise on sustainability projects to protect our estates of around 600 hotels.
You’ll collaborate with Estates, acquisitions and construction teams, balancing legal risk with practical, commercially-focused solutions.
