As an Industrial Management Consulting Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive reinvention for industrial clients. You’ll shape strategies and coordinate multi-workstream programs that leverage AI, data, and digital engineering to unlock agility and growth. You will work closely with client teams to implement recommendations and create sustainable value. This role sits at the heart of Accenture’s Industrial practice, blending strategy, technology, and operations to transform the sector. Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across diverse Industrial client engagements
• Frame problems, design analysis approaches, and guide execution
• Oversee multiple workstreams within larger projects
• Coach and develop team members to deliver excellence
• Structure and communicate outcomes to client management
• Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations
• Develop offerings and sales collateral; support origination activities
• Lead client workshops and drive innovation through human-centered collaboration

Key requirements

• Significant client-facing management consulting experience in Aerospace and Defence or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus but not essential
• Strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Operational Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Digital Engineering, Complex Programme Delivery, Services
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Team leadership and coaching experience
• Effective written and oral communication in English
• Interest in growing the Industrial sector through technology, AI, and innovation
