The firm has an established private client practice advising clients on personal wealth, estate planning, taxation and inheritance. Its work spans both domestic and international matters, acting for clients with overseas assets and family connections, as well as those requiring advice on complex succession and tax planning.
The team handles a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
- Cross-border succession and international estate planning
- Court of Protection applications and deputyships
- Family Investment Companies and family businesses
- US/UK tax and estate planning
The team also advises on complex international matters, including cross-border Wills, international estates and the interaction of different succession and tax regimes.
