Technical Area Sales Manager

Overview

In this role you drive growth of Kliklok packaging machinery across assigned EMEA markets, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored technical solutions. You develop sales plans for France, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Middle East, while collaborating with engineering to address customer needs. You represent Kliklok at events and monitor market dynamics. This role involves up to 50% international travel and a Bristol-based hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales of Kliklok machinery across EMEA
• Develop and implement sales plans for specified countries and regions
• Manage existing customers and pursue new business opportunities
• Advise customers on technical solutions and deliver product demonstrations
• Collaborate with engineering and product development to address needs
• Represent Kliklok at trade fairs, meetings and industry events
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Key requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales in industrial machinery, automation or packaging technology
• Bachelor in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English; German/French/Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch a plus
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel internationally
• Based in the EMEA region
• Hybrid-working arrangement tied to Bristol site
