Harmonic is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead how we hire. This is a high-impact role. You’ll be responsible for the talent coming through Harmonic, from our graduate intake to experienced hires, and you’ll be spotting and developing the people who go on to become our future leaders.
You’ll work directly with our Head of People, Founders and wider leadership team as a trusted partner, with a real say in how and where we grow. As we expand across London, Manchester and Boston, you’ll set the hiring strategy behind that growth, from planning headcount and building our presence in new markets to creating an employer brand that attracts the best people. You’ll have the freedom to build the function your way, backed by data and with the support of the team.
We’re looking for someone senior and commercially minded, with a sharp eye for talent and the gravitas to challenge and influence at leadership level. You’ll have led hiring in a fast-growing business or agency, and you’ll be excited by the chance to build something with lasting impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own internal talent acquisition for Harmonic across the UK and US, partnering with the Head of People and senior leadership to shape and deliver our talent strategy.
- Set and deliver hiring targets, building the partnerships, sponsorships and recruitment initiatives that keep a strong pipeline of talent coming into the business.
- Lead a high-quality recruitment process end-to-end, from assessment and interviews to feedback, offers and onboarding.
- Put Harmonic’s core values of Knowledge, Respect and Community at the centre of every hiring decision, so we hire people who’ll thrive here long term.
- Shape performance and retention strategies with the Head of People, using hiring insight to help and grow our best people.
- Lead our employer brand with the marketing team, including our careers site, and drive specialist People projects.
- Partner with the Head of People to design and deliver learning and development initiatives.
What we need to see (Essential):
- Substantial experience in talent acquisition, with time spent leading hiring in a fast-growing business, agency or professional services firm
- A track record of hiring at both a junior and senior level
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to turn business goals into hiring plans and targets
- Confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders and founders, and to act as a trusted advisor on talent decisions
- Excellent assessment skills, with a good eye for potential
- Experience building employer brand, partnerships and talent networks
- A data-led approach: comfortable tracking hiring metrics and using them to improve how we hire
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes across locations at once
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with candidates and internal teams alike
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Experience hiring across both the UK and US markets
