Quality Assurance Social Worker: Together With Families, Hybrid

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Social Worker Quality Assurance Officer for the Together With Families Team in Harrow. This hybrid role combines on-site duties at Harrow Council Hub with remote tasks, supporting Children’s Services through QA processes.

You will help develop and implement the QA framework, monitor performance indicators, and assist with policy/procedure development. You will collaborate with CYPS, BI teams and central government agencies to ensure compliant reporting.
