Home Care Registered Manager – Lead & Deliver Quality Care

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Registered Manager for Weston-super-Mare. You will lead a care team, ensure compliant, high-quality services with CQC standards, and drive client-focused care plans.

You will liaise with professionals, families, and commissioners to tailor plans to evolving needs. You must have a QCF Level 4 management qualification (or be working towards it) and QCF Level 4+ in Health & Social Care, with at least 12 months right to work in the UK.
