Chartered Building Surveyor

Fixroy Partners is working with an established independent commercial property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Building Surveyor.

This is an opportunity for an MRICS surveyor who wants greater autonomy, varied work and genuine influence within a growing business, not simply another change of employer.

The role

You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial Building Surveying and Project Management instructions from initial appointment through to completion.

Your work will include:

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Specifications and tender documentation
• Refurbishment projects
• Client advisory work
• Developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial Building Surveying experience
• Experience managing instructions independently
• A broad mix of professional and project-led experience
• Confident client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ambition to progress into a leadership position
